WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and guaranteeing guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. Manages all areas of the hotel in accordance with brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Provides exemplary performance for staff to follow.
- Oversee daily hotel operations and act as Manager on Duty as required
- Oversee daily Housekeeping and Guest Services operations to ensure cleanliness, service quality, and a consistently positive guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with Mariott brand standards, SOPs, and QA audits
- Manage accounting functions, income audit, and financial controls
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, city ledger, billing, and collections
- Drive guest satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Hotel and sales experience a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.
